What counts as a transaction?
A transaction is any processed action: an email handled by Inbox Autopilot, a call managed by Voice Agent, a search query in Knowledge Hub, a quote generated by Odoo CPQ, or a data sync by Data Pipes.
What happens if I exceed my transaction limit?
Overage charges apply at $0.10 per transaction. We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit so you can upgrade if needed. No service interruptions.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fees for standard deployments. Custom integrations and on-premise deployments may have one-time implementation costs. We'll provide a detailed quote upfront.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
