Big Sky Dynamics provides enterprise IT solutions including AI automation, cloud services, ERP implementation, and managed services. Service specifications, features, and availability may vary based on your subscription plan.
3. User Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
- Not attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Provide accurate and complete information
4. Payment Terms

- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

6. Limitation of Liability
Big Sky Dynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violation of these terms or non-payment.
