Our SLA commitments are detailed in your service agreement. Standard uptime guarantees and support response times vary by service tier. Enterprise customers receive priority support with guaranteed response times.
Big Sky Dynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violation of these terms or non-payment.
